i trying vpn , running , doing through shrew soft client. when go run command:

i've searched online no avail. i've ran apt-get -f install , dpkg --configure -a still unable install. greped held packages there no output. ideas why or point me in right direction? chrooted 12.04 precise on chromebook if matters. cheers
