Enthought Canopy package manager upgrade/install error -


i have installed v1.7.2.3327 , have been unable package manager update or install packages. shows 11 updates available, none update correctly. have tried install statsmodels have encountered errors well. running in windows 10 build 10240. example, when attempting install statsmodels 0.6.1-16 repeatedly install error - try again. history shows following:
