$ polymer serve -o

chrome says :

the localhost page isn’t working  localhost didn’t send data. err_empty_response

but if use : http://127.0.0.1:8080/ or http://api.local.host:8080/ (custom host in host file)

the polymer app rendered.

node : 4.3.0  polymer-cli : 0.11 bower : 1.7.9 osx : 10.11.5 chrome : 50.0.2661
